Highly-rated young driver George Russell joins Mercedes for the 2022 season.
The 24-year-old joins the reigning Constructors' champions after three seasons with Williams Racing. Russell debuted at the pre-season track session in Barcelona where he put the new W13 car through its paces. Mercedes are hoping that the pairing of Russell and seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton will be a formidable one in 2022.
